How To Use: Your 5-Minute Night Routine
Wash hands, warm the bottle
Hold it in your hand for a minute so the oil is at room temperature.
Lie on your side, 2–3 drops
Ear facing up. Gently pull the ear back and up, then drop.
Rest 5–10 minutes, wipe outside
Gently rub in front of the ear, then wipe the outside only. Never push anything in.
Wake up comfortable
Repeat daily as the pack directs.
